STEP-1
At first Open Photoshop then Create a new document, for creating a document go to file>

Here foreground color will be white and set background color which you want>
After that click on brush tool>
Here size is 100 pixels and hardness will be 100%
And select hard brush>

Then press toggle the brush panel>
Set brush tip shape>
Here size will -100%
Roundness-100%
Spacing -100>
STEP-4
Go to layer panel>
Open lock and create a new layer>
And now draw on your canvas>

After draw pearl effect on your canvas Go to layer panel>
Click on added a layer style option>
Then click on bevel and emboss>
Style will be – inner beval
Technique will be – chisel hard
Depth-780%
Size-38 pixels
Soften- 16 pixels
Angel -(-60°)
Altitude -21°
Gloss contour – cone inverted>
Opacity -30% >
Then go to contour – select Cove deep>
STEP-6
Go to color overlay option>
Blending mode will be – lighten and opacity will be – 100%>
Press ok>
