First create a new document, for creating a document go to the file menu then create a new one, where the width is 800 and the height is 800 pixels, the Resolution is 72 pixels, the color mode is RGB, and the background content will be white. Now click ok.
How to make Linen Texture in Adobe Photoshop?
1. First, select the background color mine is lime green, then press Ctrl+ backspace on your keyboard to fill the color on the canvas.
2. Now go to the filter menu select noise and here select add noise, add noise amount will be 50%, and the distribution will be uniform then click ok.

3. After that go to the layer panel then again select the filter menu then select blur and now hit on the motion blur, here angle value is 90° and the distance is 95 pixels, then click ok.
4. Now click on the layer panel then open the layer lock and duplicate your layer.
5. In the last step go to the edit menu then select the transform option and then select 90°cw, now select the duplicated layer, and set the opacity value it will be 45%, after that select both layers and merge them.
Here our Linen Texture is ready.
